Help Me Grow
The first three years of life play a critical role in developing intelligence and personality!
The goal of the Help Me Grow Program is to help families create an environment conducive to the growth and development of young children. The target population for Early Start includes pregnant women and families with children under age three.
The Help Me Grow Program is designed to provide additional support to pregnant women and families raising children birth to three year old. It will help families reach their potential.
Help your Child Get an Early Start
The Help Me Grow Program is voluntary and free, providing
| • | Home visits and support for the family |
| • | Assessment for healthy child development. |
| • | Information and assistance to meet medical and emergency needs. |
| • | Information and referral to community resources, i.e. baby needs, family necessities, etc. |
| • | Individual/group activities – information sharing to enhance parenting skills, provide parental support and to encourage family strengths. |
| • | Assistance in accessing community resources. |
